DSF Series

The DSF mixer enjoys a high reputation with its performance in mixing high-strength, high-flow concrete.
The DSF mixer can strengthen your production capacity whenever it is required and provide high-quality concrete by rapid homogeneous mixing.
Dynamic 3-dimensional speedy mixing is achieved by its unique double spiral structure due to the optimal layout of paddles and arms at right angles.
The mixing time is approximately 30% shorter than conventional mixer. Adoption of a durable liner with abrasion-resistant material and an air-sealing system greatly contribute to reducing daily maintenance and running costs.

POINT 1
Synergy effect by double spiral flow and circulating flow
Paddles and arms arrayed at the optimal angle on the shaft create double spiral flows on each shaft and intense circulating flow. This combination of axial rotation and radial movements create a rapid three-dimensional mixing power, enabling a shorter mixing time.

POINT 2
Shearing effect at large crossing zone
The double spiral flows bumping against each other generate a shearing flow at three points in the crossover zone. This feature of the DSF mixer can produce high-quality concrete in less time.
