Deodorization System

When RAP are heated, they may release gases containing odor-causing compounds, leading to unpleasant smells in the surrounding area. Our system effectively reduces odors by burning off volatile organic compounds from the asphalt and converting them into odorless carbon dioxide and water.

NED-B TypeDouble Burner Deodorization Type

Focus on Running Cost

  • Suitable for plants with long and continuous operating hours
  • Reduce fuel costs by efficiently exchanging heat between exhaust gases and ambient air with a heat exchanger.

NED-C TypeCompact Deodorization Type

Focus on Initial Cost

  • The first step toward community environmental awareness.
  • Designed without a heat exchanger, providing lower initial costs and reduced maintenance than the NED-B.

RF System

The RF system is a traditional dust control method for exhaust gases from the recycling dryer. As the exhaust gases are directed into a bag filter, the virgin material dryer’s operation isn’t impacted, and the dust collected in the hot bin maintains a consistent particle size.

RD System

The RD system is a dust control method for exhaust gases from the recycling dryer, which directs the exhaust into the virgin material dryer. As the exhaust passes through the virgin material dryer and enters the bag filter, it reduces the fire risk in the filter. Additionally, mist from the recycled materials is less likely to stick to the filter fabric, which helps extend the lifespan of the filter.
