Sustainability Promotion Structure In FY2023, we established the Sustainability Committee. The committee is composed of five executive officers who are the heads of development, sales, finance, manufacturing, and corporate planning, along with approximately 10 young employees from various departments. Meeting four times a year in principle, the committee formulates basic sustainability policies, confirms materialities, and discusses human rights policies while incorporating the flexible perspectives of our young employees.
